1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to place an order. When you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

• Products are offered for wholesale purchase, often priced per dozen/set as indicated on the product page.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where applicable, indicate whether GST is included or added at checkout.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and stock availability, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.
• Product images are for representation; minor variations in color, size, or packaging may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraud).
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) and, where enabled, Cash on Delivery.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received or, for Cash on Delivery, once the order is accepted.
• Any minimum order quantity or minimum order value rules shown at checkout apply to your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and are subject to change. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Order cancellation, return, and refund terms are described in detail in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to MASHA IMPORTS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MASHA IMPORTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City/State — set this in Admin → Company Settings], India.
